Intensive Russian language courses will be offered to the top officers of the Armenian Armed Forces, Russian language abroad portal reports.
The courses are intended for all officers who will participate in the joint exercises Mutual Cooperation 2012 within the frameworks of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
On opening the courses, head of Personnel and Military Education Department of Defense, Colonel Mher Shirinyan expressed gratitude to the representation of the Russian cooperation in Armenia for constant assistance in the organization improving knowledge of the Russian language for the officers in the Armenian Armed Forces and cadets of military schools. According to him, the Russian language is a key instrument for mutual military cooperation between Armenian and Russian armies.
